THE SERVICE
Flying Car AI is an independent, no-account tool that generates short AI videos from a written prompt and an optional reference image. Output is a 9:16 vertical MP4 that can be 5 to 30 seconds long — you choose the length in the creator — and it is silent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. or any vehicle manufacturer. References to vehicle models are descriptive only.
WHO MAY USE IT
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. By using the service you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
YOUR PROMPTS AND IMAGES
You must own every prompt and image you submit, or hold clear permission from the rights holder and from any person shown. Do not submit images of minors, explicit content, intimate imagery, impersonation, deceptive deepfakes, public figures without authorization, or content that infringes a trademark, copyright or privacy right. We may refuse or remove content that appears to violate these rules.
AI OUTPUT
Video models interpret rather than obey. Faces, vehicles, proportions, motion and text may differ from what you imagined, and no particular likeness or brand accuracy is guaranteed. We do not promise a specific generation time. Review every output before publishing and disclose AI generation where a platform or law requires it.
PAYMENT AND CREDITS
Packs are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. Prices are anchored at a 10-second single video for $9.99 and scale with the length you choose: a single video is $4.99 at 5 seconds and $29.99 at 30 seconds, and packs scale the same way (3 videos $9.99–$59.99, 10 videos $29.99–$179.99; all prices in US dollars). There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Credits are attached to your private order link, not to an account. Every credit may use a different prompt. Unused credits do not expire. The first video starts automatically after payment; additional videos are started from the result page with the button that spends a credit. The length you choose in the creator is saved on your order and reused for additional videos from the same pack.
FAILED GENERATIONS AND REFUNDS
If a generation fails on our side, the credit is returned to your pack automatically and you may try again. A returned credit is not a cash refund. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support@unforgettablecarai.video and we will investigate. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights that cannot be excluded.
YOUR OUTPUT AND RESPONSIBILITY
You may use the finished video commercially if you hold all underlying rights and comply with the rules of the platform where you publish it. You are responsible for the prompt and images you submit and for how the output is presented. Do not present an AI-generated scene as real footage.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
The service depends on third-party model and storage providers. Outages, queue delays, moderation failures and provider changes can occur. We work to complete or refund every paid generation, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a specific creative result.
LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected pack. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for how you or a third party use a generated video. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
CHANGES AND CONTACT
