WHAT WE COLLECT

The scene prompt you write, an optional reference image you upload, the video generated from them, the email address you enter at Stripe Checkout, and the payment confirmation Stripe sends us. We also set a signed, anonymous visitor cookie used only for rate limiting and abuse prevention. We do not run accounts, and we never receive or store your card number.

WHO PROCESSES YOUR FILES

The prompt and any reference image are sent to Kie.ai, which runs the Seedance video model on our behalf. Uploaded images and finished videos are stored with fal.ai's storage service so the model and the result page can reach them. Payments are processed by Stripe. Transactional email is sent through Resend. The site, database and API run on Cloudflare. Each provider processes only the data needed for its part of the service.

HOW YOUR DATA IS USED

Prompts, images and videos exist to produce and deliver your order. Your email is used for the video-ready message, receipts and support replies. We never sell your data, use it for advertising, or use your uploads to train AI models. We use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to understand which pages are useful.

RETENTION AND DELETION

We keep prompts, reference images and finished videos while your order is active so your private result link continues to work. We do not delete files automatically after a fixed period. You can ask us to delete your uploads and videos at any time by emailing support@unforgettablecarai.video from the address used at checkout, or by including your private order link. We handle deletion requests manually and confirm when it is done. Stripe and Resend retain billing and delivery records under their own policies.

YOUR CHOICES

You can use the service without uploading a photo. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold. You can ask us to stop sending non-essential email. Because there are no accounts, your private order or result link is the key to your data — keep it safe, and contact us if you lose it.

CHILDREN

The service is for adults. Do not upload images of minors, and do not use the service if you are under 18.
